I am of sound body and mind, and over the age of consent, do solemnly declare and make my standing with the following points.

I hereby stake claim as position of authorised possessor of the epitaph “PETER JAMES MITCHELL” estate/trust, having been the “long time beneficiary and sole labourer” for the estate/trust and all derivatives there of, and having no knowledge of any persons with proof of higher claim, I hereby provide the blood of the body, as evidence that “I am the living man, born in this universe that I stand, and claim all equity in the estate by virtue of existing”

As our time and blood are of great value to we all and having the need to use them to repel unwanted advances/contracts, by corporations and/or their agents there of, we now demand a fee to deal with unwanted attempts to contract. Our fee schedule is as follows; we hereby demand a payment to my self personally of “33 troy ounces of gold”, per attempt, within 21 days after any unwanted attempt to contract with the estate, payable by the agent in person and the equivalent payable by the corporation itself. Continuance to try to administer the estate and/or contract with Peter-James: Mitchell after having been given notice of our terms and conditions shall be taken as agreement to our terms and conditions. An interest rate of 33 percent per week shall be added to any late payments

To be questioned, interrogated, tested, detained, searched, arrested, jailed, quarantined or imprisoned will be a flag fall/initial fixed fee of 1000 troy ounces of gold and 5 troy ounces per minute from initiation of matter, till finish of matter.

Honourable Waiver and Grace

It is our will to not be frivolous or vexatious in our charging or pursual of payment and we are open to negotiation, and have a nature inclined toward leniency and fairness. So the fee schedule is a starting point from which to work.  

Also the opportunity exists to honourably nullify all or any charges for the agent and the corpse-oration by the immediate vacating of the position.

Promissory Note
